Why are some Shiki missed by the beans, no matter how often I throw them off.
So my question is; why is this happening ?

Okay, here's a little bit of an explanation. Higher rarity shikigami have lower chance to be gotten. So it all really depends on luck. Obviously, n tier is easiest while ssr is hardest.
