2 time kraken cooldown but still take my ap

I dont know wat happen. Im still have good network. Suddenly its freeze on team. But im not leave. Time still continued. Hut tue battle wont start at mine. But i still can chat at guild. Then suddenly im log out. And this happen.
I lost my ap.im jot get any soul or coin like kraken should be. I log out suddenly!!! And this happen.
