Survey missing reward

Good day

I did the survey but I didn't received my reward. Did it again to see if there was a problem with my phone, but still nothing.

Even my friend Nefelia got nothing when she did hers.
Could you please help?

Same here. I also never got any reward from the daily share event which should award 20 jades.
