Recover game data

Yesterday when i entered the game, it asks me to download an additional data like usual everytime there is an update. but after that, my game data is all gone, it forces me to insert a new name and start a new game this happen about around 17:40 GMT+7

I am wondering if there is any way to recover my game data. I've sent an email to service@onmyojigame.com but there's no response at all.

Please help, thank you in advance.
