Error opening game (Steam)

I have been playing onmyoji for 7 months and have never had this problem before, when I try to open the game it presents a CMD box with an error message and the game does not open.
Yesterday I already deleted all files from the game and steam, reinstalled and the error persisted, changed the installation location and the error persists, finally I formatted the computer and while installing Steam + Onmyouji the error persists, I use Win 10 Pro 64 .
