Literally. Lag after raids and always stopped after finish it. I cannot stand it

I thought I was the only one;; But I keep getting the same thing;; Tried doing it on an emulator too see if it's just my phone (since it keeps trying to connect to everything I do even when I'm just idle inside the courtyard)
