Screen turned black

I participated in the summoning event of onikiri reforged. Then the screen suddenly turned black i was excited, i possibly summoned an SSR, but the screen remained black. I exit the game then realized that i did summon an SSR... i went to the Bios of that SSR and tried to play the summoning animation but the screen once again turned black as before...
